HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

Our fees for property management and real estate are based on individual contracts. We strive to meet our client's individual and unique property needs.

HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A DECISION?

The current market will determine how many rentals or investment properties are available. We recommend starting with a broad criteria base and then refining your search to match your "wishlist" as best we can. This is applicable for both renters and for buyers!

WHAT IS MY ANNUAL HOME MAINTENANCE EXPECTATIONS?

As a property owner, you should expect 5-10% of rent income or mortgage should be saved for property maintenance throughout the year. It is important that you perform both regular and preventative maintenance and cleaning whether you rent or own!
